What the pricing terms mean

Prompt
A question your customer asks an AI chat, e.g. “which company would you recommend to build an online store?”. You decide which prompts we track.
Scan
One check of all your prompts across every engine in your plan. The dashboard shows who appears in the answers, at which position, and which sources the AI cites.
Tracked domain
The company site whose visibility we measure. Competitors to compare against can be added on every plan at no extra cost.

Questions about pricing and billing

Are there any contracts or commitments?+
No. Billing is monthly, you can cancel anytime in the billing panel, and access runs to the end of the paid period.
Will I get an invoice?+
Yes, automatically after every payment, by e-mail. Checkout is in euros and subscriptions are sold to businesses - you enter your company details and VAT ID at checkout.
Can I change my plan?+
Yes, anytime in the billing panel, both up and down.
Is there a free trial?+
No. Instead there are two low-commitment ways to start: the free AI visibility checker for your site, and monthly billing you can cancel anytime.
How can I pay?+
By card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay - secure payments by Stripe. Prices are net; you will see the amount including any tax before you confirm.
